Go out and run the piss out of it. Disconnect the battery to reset the pcm, then go hate drive it like you're going to change the engine anyway. Float the engine around 3-7k in one gear about 10 times. (Full throttle, coast. Full throttle, coast.) Then redyno it. Most modern engines are built tight, and the more miles, the more power they make. The LS1/LS6 engines were notorious for not producing decent power untill about 20-30k miles. Drivers could feel their cars get faster with more miles.
