on the other hand - this is a good time to reflect...

Somewhere between street driving skills such as being able to powerslide 1200rwhp+++ down the road AND hooking up a drag setup for a 180++ mph trap speed lies the consideration of what a record is worth.

When it comes to running in the 7's, ones mortality should be considered, those that won't are most likely to discover it first.

Is a record worth a trophy and a wheelchair?

Being a hero?

Saying goodbye to your kids and wife - without the goodbye?

Not many fuckers here have the slightest clue what it is like to unleash 1500rwhp++... yet everyone has an opinion on how people should just go out and let her rip.

A point gets reached where brains take over balls and makes the call on if and how a record attempt is made. That decision is made on a level no one else has any business even commenting on it unless they want to put their life on the line and have the bank balance to pay for any collateral damages.

Just a thought

we all do shit for our own reasons, and we don't have to account to you for that. Fortunately it is also true vice versa.

One of the best post ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!
