It's perfectly ok for people I have asked a question of to not answer if they don't want to. In this case, my question was answered ... and therefore my purpose here has been fulfilled.
Likewise, it's also ok for me to not answer questions people ask of me if I don't want to ... particularly when it's obvious that the asker of the question is just spoiling for his next internet battle.
